At Ember Home, we want your order to reach you quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.

• Standard: 5–7 business days. Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat $5.99.
• Express: 2–3 business days for $9.99.
• Next Day: order by 2:00 PM for delivery the next business day for $19.99.

International orders

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

1. Contact our support team to start your return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
2. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
3. Drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
